How a project runs
- Specification. Product, measurements, fabric, construction, artwork, branding, colorways and quantity.
- Pre-production sample. 7-10 working days. The sample fee is typically USD 100-200 per sample depending on the product and specification, and is credited against your bulk order.
- Your approval. Nothing enters bulk production until you have approved the sample in hand and confirmed every production detail.
- Bulk production. 20-30 working days, measured from that approval.
- Dispatch. Polybagged and cartoned to your packing list, with your labels and hang tags fitted.

Fabrics and weaves
Fabric weight is product- and material-specific. The exact GSM for the selected fabric is confirmed in your written quotation and approved sample. Gi jackets are 100% cotton; rash guards, spats and shorts are polyester/spandex; belts are cotton; patches are polyester and twill. Rash guard blend, GSM, seam construction, sleeve length and size range are all built to your specification and confirmed in your quotation.
