We supply wholesale BJJ gis in bulk to retailers, academies and distributors, produced to one agreed specification and repeated on reorder from the approved production reference. The minimum is 30 pieces per design and colorway, sizes mixable. Samples take 7-10 working days and bulk production takes 20-30 working days after you approve the sample.

Make the order matrix your starting point

A total quantity alone does not tell a supplier how the order will be made or packed. Split the total into styles, colors and sizes. Keep adult, women’s and youth patterns separate where their construction differs.

For academy orders, use actual member demand where possible. For retail stock, explain which sizes are launch quantities and which may be reordered. This gives the quote a more useful structure than a general request for the lowest unit price.

Compare like-for-like quotations

Give each potential supplier the same jacket and trouser specification, branding requirements and sample expectations. Ask what the quoted unit price includes: labels, packaging, artwork work and any additional development steps.

Confirm the delivery basis and destination separately. A factory price and a delivered price are not equivalent, and freight or import costs should not be assumed to be included.

Keep the sample tied to the bulk order

Identify the sample version and the measurements that will be used as the order reference. Document corrections before approving production. If multiple fabrics or colors are involved, clarify what the approval covers.

Retain the approved artwork and packing instructions alongside the product specification. Consistency is easier to discuss when both parties refer to the same versioned documents.

Plan receiving and reordering

Request packing information by SKU, size and color so your team can count the delivery. Define carton or individual labels if needed and provide their exact content. Ask what records will be needed for a later reorder.

Do not assume a repeat order automatically uses the same material batch, price or schedule. Reconfirm availability and the current specification before each commitment.

Who buys wholesale BJJ gis from us

Wholesale gi orders usually come from three kinds of buyer, and each needs a slightly different brief:

  • Retailers and online stores need a size split that matches sell-through, retail packaging and labels. Our BJJ gi size chart helps plan the A0–A5 split.
  • Academies need student sizes, belts and patches in one delivery. See academy uniform programs and kids BJJ gis.
  • Distributors often order several colors and weaves; the gi weave guide compares the options.

If your wholesale order includes rash guards, shorts or other products, see wholesale combat sports apparel. If the gis must be legal for competition, check the IBJJF gi requirements first.
