Judo Gi Manufacturer for Custom, Academy & Wholesale Orders
Develop custom and wholesale judo gis — weave, weight and branding — into a production brief you can sample and approve.

Combatwear Factory manufactures custom judogi for academies and brands to an agreed fabric, weight target, cut, reinforcement, sizing and branding specification. Competition requirements differ by event and federation, so buyers should verify the current rule set and approve the actual sample before bulk production.
Judo-specific construction comes before branding
Do not treat a judo uniform as a generic martial-arts pattern with a different label. Confirm the discipline-specific jacket/top and trouser cut, fabric/weight, movement requirements, reinforcement and size grading before adding embroidery or labels.
If the uniform is intended for a federation or event, verify the current organizer rules independently and identify those requirements in the technical brief. The approved sample—not a generic website claim—should be the production reference.
Weave and weight
Judo gis run heavier than BJJ gis and take grip and throwing stress. Choose single weave for training and lighter use or double weave for competition durability, and the weight your buyers expect.
Reinforcement at stress points is specified for the intended use.
Fit and construction
Judo has its own fit and grading. Share your reference judogi and size range, and we build the pattern and reinforcement to match.
Fit and construction are confirmed on the sample before bulk.
Branding and rules
Add your labels, embroidery and patches to placement, and confirm competition rules if the gis are for graded or IJF-style events.
Complete the brief with quantities, sizes and packing.
Wholesale judo gis: what to confirm
The fabric weight and weave, the size range and split, color (white, blue or both), embroidery and labels, and packing per uniform.
State whether the uniforms are for training or for events with their own uniform rules, so the fabric and cut are specified to match.
