Rash Guard Manufacturer for BJJ, MMA and No-Gi Brands
Build a rash guard around fabric performance, compression, panel layout and artwork—not only the print. Confirm the technical specification and approved sample before bulk production.

We manufacture custom rash guards for BJJ, MMA and no-gi brands and teams, printed by full sublimation from your artwork on polyester/spandex fabric, with your labels and packaging. The minimum is 30 pieces per design and colorway, sizes mixable. Samples take 7-10 working days and bulk production takes 20-30 working days after you approve the sample.
Technical decisions that separate a manufacturing page from a generic product page
A serious rash-guard brief identifies the fabric family, target weight, stretch and recovery, compression level, sleeve length, neckline, seam construction and panel layout. These details should be confirmed on the approved sample because they change fit, opacity and movement.
Artwork is a construction input. Mark front, back, sleeve and side-panel graphics, note any elements that cross seams, and approve color and placement on the physical sample. Add woven/printed labels, care labels and packaging to the same specification.
Fit comes before the print
Describe the intended compression or close fit, the torso length and how the sleeves should sit. Give garment measurements rather than relying only on small, medium and large labels. A reference that fits your audience can make the first sample discussion much clearer.
For a new range, distinguish adult and youth patterns and identify any women-specific fit requirements. Ask how the proposed fabric behaves when stretched and whether the sample’s measurements match the agreed state of stretch.
Design the artwork for real garment panels
Supply your logo and artwork with the front, back, sleeves and collar clearly identified. Discuss whether the proposed printing method supports the chosen fabric and colors. Do not assume every fabric produces the same visual result.
Check the placement on the smallest and largest planned sizes. Important logos should not disappear into a side seam or sit inside a sleeve fold. Keep the approved artwork version attached to the order specification.
Review seams, movement and coverage
A useful sample review includes seam comfort, neck opening, sleeve length, hem position and freedom of movement. Examine the garment both flat and worn, including how the artwork appears across stretched panels.
Claims about antimicrobial treatments, UV protection or other tested performance require evidence for the actual fabric and finish. Ask for documentation where a performance claim is part of the brief.
Build a coordinated no-gi set
If you are ordering rash guards with shorts or spats, specify them as a collection while keeping each product’s measurements separate. Share the same artwork source files and ask how colors will be reviewed across different fabrics.
Competition color and coverage rules may depend on the organizer and division. Identify the intended event in your inquiry and verify the current rules before approving the layout.
Settle these at the sample stage
Sleeve length (short or long), fit (tight compression or a relaxed cut), fabric weight, collar and cuff finish, and where the logo and size label sit. The exact fabric weight is confirmed in your quotation and on the approved sample.
Check sublimated colors on the physical sample rather than on screen. Screen colors and printed polyester rarely match exactly.

Rash guard: frequently asked questions
Can I request long- and short-sleeve styles?
Specify the sleeve length and separate quantities for each style. The team will confirm construction options and commercial terms for the proposed order.
Can I use all-over artwork?
Send the artwork and fabric preference for review. Printing method, coverage, panel alignment and color approval are project-specific.
Can a rash guard match my shorts?
Yes, you can inquire about a coordinated set. Agree the visual color reference and check samples because different fabrics can reproduce colors differently.
Are these guaranteed competition legal?
No blanket guarantee is stated. Check the current organizer and division rules against the final garment before use.
What is the minimum order for custom rash guards?
30 pieces per design, and you can mix sizes within that quantity.
How long does rash guard sampling and production take?
Samples take 7-10 working days. The sample fee is typically USD 100-200 per sample depending on the product and specification, and is credited against your bulk order. Bulk production takes 20-30 working days from the date you approve the sample.
What artwork do you need for a sublimated rash guard?
Send the product, the quantity, your size split, a fabric or weave preference, your artwork in the highest resolution you have, and a target delivery date. Nothing needs to be final — a product and a rough number is enough to quote against.
