Fabric and fit
Choose ringspun cotton for a soft retail feel or a performance blend for training, and the fit — regular, fitted or oversized. Tell us the market and price point you are targeting.
Record the size breakdown for consistent grading.
Print that lasts
Print and decoration method should match the fabric, artwork detail and order plan. Provide your artwork with placement dimensions and the colors that must match; the selected method is confirmed before sampling.

Finish and reorder
Add labels, neck prints and packaging for a finished private-label tee. The approved specification carries forward so reorders stay consistent.

Sample checks before a T-shirt goes to bulk
Approve garment measurements, collar shape, body length, sleeve proportion and the hand-feel of the selected fabric on the physical sample. These details protect the fit more reliably than approving a digital mockup alone.
Check artwork size and placement on the actual garment, then approve neck branding, main/size/care labels, hang tags and packing so the first bulk run is retail-ready.
