Combatwear Factory manufactures custom rash guards to your artwork: sublimated edge to edge on polyester-spandex, with flatlock seams, a silicone waist gripper and your logos. Minimum order is 30 pieces per design and colorway with sizes mixed; samples take 7–10 working days and bulk 20–30 working days.
What you can customize
- Artwork: full sublimation, so your design runs across the front, back and sleeves without cracking.
- Sleeve: short sleeve, long sleeve or sleeveless.
- Fabric: polyester-spandex compression fabric in your chosen weight; see rash guard fabric and GSM.
- Fit: compression or relaxed, men’s, women’s and kids’ cuts.
- Details: flatlock seams, silicone gripper at the waist, neck tape and printed size labels.
Ranked rash guards for competition
For no-gi competition, many rules ask for a rash guard that shows the athlete’s belt rank colour. We make ranked sets in white, blue, purple, brown and black, with your academy artwork kept consistent across the range. How an order runs
- Brief: send your artwork or idea, sleeve length and sizes.
- Mockup: a free digital mockup on our pattern with a written quote.
- Sample: Physical sample in 7–10 working days; the sample fee (typically USD 100–200) is credited against the bulk order.
- Bulk: 20–30 working days after sample approval.
- Delivery: DDP by DHL, FedEx or UPS, typically 5–7 days from dispatch.
