Importing custom combat sports apparel into the US
What a US brand or academy should settle before custom gis, rash guards or shorts leave our factory, so the order arrives ready to sell.

On DDP terms we arrange export documents, freight and import duty to your delivery address, and the shipment travels by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Your part is the product rules: US garments need labels showing fiber content, country of origin and your company identity, plus a care label, and children's items need third-party testing and a Children's Product Certificate.

What DDP covers on our orders
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the price you approve includes delivery to your address and import duty. We book the shipment with DHL, FedEx or UPS and prepare the commercial invoice and packing list. Transit is typically 5–7 days from dispatch.
Duty depends on how each product is classified and on its fiber content, and rates can change, so check the delivered price in your quotation before you confirm the order.
Labels your garments need in the US
FTC rules require most textile products sold in the US to carry a label showing the fiber content, the country of origin and the identity of the manufacturer or another business responsible for the product, such as your company name or its FTC registered identification number (RN). Clothing also needs a care label under a separate FTC rule.
For garments made in our factory, the country of origin is Pakistan. Send us the exact label text and we sew your content, care and size labels to that approved text.
Kids' gis and rash guards: extra rules
Products designed mainly for children 12 or younger are children's products under US law. They need testing by a CPSC-accepted third-party laboratory, a Children's Product Certificate issued by the importer or US manufacturer, and permanent tracking labels on the product and, where practicable, its packaging.
Tell us which items are for children when you request a quote, so fabrics, prints, trims and labels are specified with your lab's testing in mind, and book the lab before bulk production.
Documents that travel with your order
Each shipment carries a commercial invoice, a packing list and the courier's air waybill with tracking. Keep them with your order records.

US import: frequently asked questions
Do I need my own customs broker for a DDP order?
Our DDP orders ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS and the import duty is arranged by us. If your company uses its own customs broker or import account, tell us before the order is confirmed.
What country of origin goes on my labels?
Pakistan, for garments made in our factory. FTC rules also require the fiber content and your company identity (name or RN) on the label.
Can you put our RN on the labels?
Yes. Send the exact label text, including your company name or RN, and we sew the labels to that approved text.
