MOQ can be mixed across sizes. The minimum applies per design and colorway. Production time starts after pre-production sample approval and confirmation of all production details.
How a project runs
- Specification. Product, measurements, fabric, construction, artwork, branding, colorways and quantity.
- Pre-production sample. 7-10 working days. The sample fee depends on the product and specification, and is credited against the bulk order.
- Approval. Sample sign-off and confirmation of all production details.
- Bulk production. 20-30 working days from approval.
Ways to work with us
The process above is the same for every order. What changes is who owns the design:
- OEM and ODM manufacturing – we make your design to your tech pack (OEM), or adapt one of our base products for your brand (ODM).
- Private label BJJ gear – your labels, artwork and packaging on a complete range.
- Low MOQ manufacturing – a small first batch to test a design before scaling.
- Wholesale combat sports apparel – multi-product bulk orders for retailers and distributors.
Decoration methods
- Custom sublimation apparel – full-panel printing for rash guards, spats, shorts and compression wear.
- Custom embroidery – logos on gis, belts, hoodies and robes.
- Custom gi patches – woven, embroidered and sublimated patches.
How we check quality
Every order passes the same checkpoints: incoming fabric is checked before cutting; GSM and weight are verified against the approved specification; sizes are measured against the approved sample; seams, bar-tacks and reinforcement are checked in line; print and embroidery are checked for placement, color and registration; and finished garments get a final inspection before they are polybagged and cartoned to your packing list.
Commercial terms
Samples take 7–10 working days and the sample fee is typically USD 100–200, credited against your bulk order. Bulk production takes 20–30 working days from sample approval. Payment is 100% in advance with order confirmation. Orders ship DDP by DHL, FedEx or UPS, typically 5–7 days from dispatch.
