Compression Wear Manufacturer for Combat & Training Brands
Develop custom compression shirts, tights and base layers — fit, fabric and artwork — into a brief that can be sampled and approved.

Combatwear Factory manufactures custom compression tops, tights and base layers for combat and training brands. Buyers define the fit, fabric composition/weight target, seam placement, opacity and stretch requirements, artwork, size grading and labels; exact material and construction are confirmed in the quotation and approved sample.
Fit and compression level
Compression garments have to support and move without restricting. Share your reference fit and the compression level you want, and the wearer groups and activities you are designing for.
Record measurements and the size breakdown across your range.
Fabric and seams
Specify the stretch fabric and weight, and note where seam comfort and durability matter — under a gi, for no-gi or for general training. Flatlock seams reduce chafing under load.
Fit, fabric and seams are confirmed on the sample before bulk.
Compression wear vs rash guards
Compression wear and rash guards look alike but are bought for different jobs. Compression shirts and tights are base layers made to support muscles during training and are often worn under other clothing. A rash guard is an outer layer for grappling, made to protect skin and survive gripping on the mat. Many brands sell both.
Both are usually fully sublimated, so the same artwork and color reference can run across the range.
Performance checks before bulk
Approve stretch recovery, opacity under stretch, seam comfort and garment measurements on the physical sample. These checks matter more for compression products because a small grading or fabric change can alter both fit and coverage.
Lock artwork registration, labels and packing only after the fit has been tested for the intended activity. The approved sample then becomes the reference for the production run.
