A bag sample should be checked at the points that carry load: shoulder straps, handles, zip ends, base seams and compartment joins. Confirm finished dimensions and usable compartment space against the product brief before bulk.
Approve logo size and placement, label position and the way the bag is folded or packed for shipping. Hardware and construction should match the approved sample throughout the order.
