Martial Arts Uniform Manufacturer for Academies, Brands & Distributors
Custom martial arts uniforms for karate, judo and taekwondo, made to order for academies, clubs, distributors and brands, from 30 pieces per design.

We manufacture karate, judo and taekwondo uniforms for academies, clubs, brands and distributors, built to your specification with academy branding, embroidery and custom labeling. The minimum is 30 pieces per design and colorway — our lowest minimum — with sizes mixable. Samples take 7-10 working days and bulk production takes 20-30 working days after you approve the sample.
Identify the discipline before the fabric
Tell us whether the uniform is intended for karate training or another martial art, and explain the relevant practice requirements. Do not assume a BJJ gi pattern is appropriate for a karate uniform simply because both use a jacket and trousers.
For academy orders, describe your student population and distinguish children’s sizes from adult sizes. A clear enrollment-based size breakdown helps turn an informal request into a usable order plan.
Specify jacket and trouser proportions
Record the jacket length, sleeve shape and fastening details, alongside trouser length, rise and waistband. Share a sample garment or measurement chart when consistency with existing uniforms matters.
Discuss the required fabric appearance, weight preference and handling characteristics without assuming an image establishes composition. Check a sample under the practice movements and care routine relevant to the wearer.
Keep academy branding intentional
Provide embroidery or patch artwork with exact spelling, dimensions and placement. Identify which marks are standard across the order and which vary by group or instructor. Keep personal names in a separate approval list.
Ask whether branding can be applied in the desired location without conflicting with seams or movement. For competition, refer to the relevant federation’s current uniform and branding rules.
Plan an academy order for easy distribution
Organize quantities by size, color and personalization. Identify whether belts are included or ordered separately. Packing each size or student kit according to a written plan helps your team check the delivery.
Confirm the sample process, MOQ, included finishing, shipment basis and schedule in the quote. These terms need to match the actual specification rather than a generic uniform price.
School and wholesale programs
Schools usually order one design across a wide size range, then reorder as students join. Sizes can be mixed within the 30-piece minimum, which keeps a first order small.
Tell us the style (karate, judo or taekwondo), the fabric you prefer, colors, embroidery or patches, and how each uniform should be labeled and packed.
Choose your discipline
Each uniform has its own page with fabric, cut and rules detail:
- Karate uniform manufacturer – kumite (light) or kata (heavy) gis, traditional or modern cut.
- Judo gi manufacturer – single or double weave judogi for training and graded events.
- Taekwondo dobok – WT v-neck, ITF and club doboks sized by height.
- BJJ gi manufacturer – Brazilian jiu jitsu gis.
