Custom Boxing Gloves, Built to Your Specification
Bring a reference pair, a sketch or a finished tech pack. We turn it into a glove specification you can sample, correct and approve before anything goes into bulk.

Combatwear Factory manufactures custom boxing gloves in Sialkot for brands, gyms and teams. Buyers specify weights, closure, wrist shape, padding feel, outer material and branding, preferably with a reference pair or tech pack. A physical sample is approved before bulk production. The confirmed glove minimum is 20 pairs for the order as a whole; samples take 7 working days and bulk production takes 20 working days after approval.
Specification points to lock before a glove sample
For boxing gloves, confirm intended use, target weight/feel, outer material preference, closure, wrist length, hand compartment, thumb construction and padding behaviour. A reference pair is especially useful because glove fit and balance are difficult to define from marketing terms alone.
Confirm logo method and position, lining, labels, pair packaging and any retail box requirements. The physical sample should be checked for symmetry, closure alignment, hand fit, stitching, branding and the agreed feel before bulk production.
What a glove specification needs to cover
A glove is a set of decisions, not a single product. The ones that change the mould, the pattern and the price are: the weights you want to offer, the closure, how the hand sits inside the glove, and how much padding sits over the knuckle.
Send whatever you already have — a competitor pair you like, photographs, a drawing, or a full tech pack. A reference pair is the fastest brief there is, because it removes the guesswork from fit and feel.
Weights, closure and fit
Tell us which weights your range needs and who wears them — training, sparring, bag work or competition all pull the specification in different directions.
Closure is the other early decision: a strap for gyms and retail, or laces for fighters and pro work. Wrist length, the angle of the grip bar and the thumb attachment are set against your reference pair and confirmed on the sample.
Materials and construction
Specify the outer material you want the range built in, and the lining and padding behaviour you expect over the knuckle and along the back of the hand.
If you are not sure, say so. Describing how the glove should feel and what price point it sits at is usually more useful than naming a material, and we will come back with options rather than a single answer.
Branding and finish
Logos can be applied in several ways on a glove, and the right one depends on the outer material, the placement and the order size. Send your artwork at the highest resolution you have, with the wrist, cuff and knuckle placements marked.
Labels, hang tags, inner-glove branding, polybags and cartons are part of the same brief. Tell us how the gloves arrive to your customer and we build the packing to it.

Boxing glove: frequently asked questions
Can you make gloves from my own design or tech pack?
Yes. Send the tech pack, a drawing or a reference pair. A reference pair is usually the fastest brief, because fit and feel are hard to describe on paper.
Can you put my brand's logo on the gloves?
Yes. The application method depends on the outer material, the placement and the order size, so send your artwork and we will advise which method suits your range.
Do you make strap and lace-up gloves?
Both. Tell us which your range needs — many brands run a strap version for gyms and retail and a lace version for fighters.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes, and we recommend it. Nothing goes into bulk until you have had the sample in your hands and confirmed it.
Do you ship boxing gloves to the United States?
Yes. Orders ship DDP by DHL, FedEx or UPS, typically 5–7 days from dispatch, and export documents, freight and import duty to your US address are arranged by us.
What materials are the boxing gloves made from?
Materials are sourced to your preference: the outer material, padding and lining are agreed in your quotation and confirmed on the physical sample before bulk.
