Private Label & OEM BJJ Manufacturing for Your Brand
Build a private-label BJJ collection with product-specific specifications and one controlled brand package: logos, labels, hang tags, packaging and approval files.

Private label and OEM manufacturing means we produce gis, rash guards, spats, shorts, belts and patches to your specification, carrying your own labels, artwork and packaging, with no reference to us on the finished garment. We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan. The minimum is 30 pieces per design for gis, spats, rash guards and shorts, sizes mixable. Samples take 7-10 working days and bulk production takes 20-30 working days after you approve the sample.
What private label should include in a buyer-ready brief
List every brand element separately: garment logo, woven main label, size label, care/content label, hang tag, barcode or SKU data, individual packaging and carton marks. Mark which files you supply and which production artwork still needs approval.
Use a separate product specification for each gi, rash guard, spats, shorts or belt, but keep shared brand assets under one version-controlled identity pack. Approve the physical sample and the packaging/label proof before bulk.
Define the first collection before expanding it
Choose the products that serve a clear customer need: a gi, a no-gi set or an academy kit. List the planned styles, colors and sizes, then identify which design features are shared. A smaller, clearly defined launch is easier to specify than an undefined catalog.
Distinguish your target customer and positioning from unsupported product claims. If you want to advertise a specific performance feature, include the evidence required for the actual garment.
Create a shared identity package
Provide approved logos, artwork files, color references and exact label text. Identify which details belong on the garment and which belong on the packaging. Do not let an old logo file or unapproved slogan enter the order through a reference image.
Confirm that you hold the necessary artwork rights. If different designs are used across products, maintain an approval record for each one rather than assuming collection-wide approval covers every file.
Keep specifications product-specific
Gis, rash guards, shorts and spats need different measurement and construction decisions. Use a shared collection overview, but retain a separate technical brief for each item. Ask to review matching colors across the proposed fabrics.
Plan size labels and product identifiers around the actual assortment. Your receiving and sales team should be able to distinguish styles and sizes without opening every package.
Agree the commercial scope in writing
List sampling, artwork preparation, labels, hang tags, packaging and any other requested development work. Ask what is included, what is optional, and which minimums apply to each product.
Before a launch commitment, confirm material availability, sample approval, the production schedule and delivery responsibilities. No brand launch date should depend on an unconfirmed generic lead time.
What a private label launch covers
A private label order is about the brand package, not only one garment. Plan these together so the first delivery looks like one collection:
- Products: usually a gi plus one or two no-gi items. See BJJ gi manufacturer, rash guards, grappling shorts and custom gi patches.
- Labels and packaging: main label, size/care label, hang tag and polybag or box, approved on the sample.
- Brand assets: one logo file set and one color reference applied across every product.
- Reorders: the approved sample and specification are kept as the reference for repeat orders.

Private label BJJ gear: frequently asked questions
What is private label in a BJJ gear project?
It means developing or sourcing products with your brand identity and agreed specifications. The exact development and branding scope should be written into the project brief.
Can a collection include gi and no-gi products?
Include the complete range in your inquiry, with a separate specification and quantity breakdown for each product.
Are packaging and labels included automatically?
No. State the requirements and ask the quote to identify what is included and what needs separate approval.
What is the difference between private label, OEM and ODM?
Private label: you bring the brand and we finish products we already run with your labels, artwork and packaging. OEM: you bring the design, tech pack and measurements and we manufacture to them. ODM: you bring a concept and a target price and we develop the specification with you. All three run on the same minimums and the same sampling process.
Can you add my private label to a BJJ gi?
Yes. Custom neck and size labels, hang tags, care labels, woven patches, embroidery, sublimated lining prints and branded packaging are all available, with no reference to us on the finished garment.
What is the minimum for a private label order?
The minimum order is 30 pieces per design and colorway, and sizes can be mixed freely inside that minimum. Belts and patches have a minimum of 100 pieces per design.
Can I start with one product before committing to a full range?
Yes. Most new brands start with a single gi or a single rash guard design, review the sample and the first production run, then add products once the fit and finish are confirmed.
Do you resell my design to other brands?
Yes. Your artwork, patterns and designs stay yours. We do not resell or reproduce a customer design for another brand.
Will you work under an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA on request, before you send artwork, patterns or specifications.
What are your payment terms?
100% advance payment with order confirmation. We accept Western Union, PayPal and Alibaba.
Which Incoterms do you ship on?
DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. We arrange export documentation, freight and import duty to your delivery address.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
5-7 days from dispatch to your delivery address.

Labels, hang tags and packaging
Private label means the finished product carries only your brand. We apply the branding elements you supply and finish each order to your packing specification:
- Woven and printed labels. Main brand label, plus size and care/content labels to your artwork and placement.
- Hang tags. Custom printed hang tags — string or plastic-fastened — with your logo, product and any barcode you provide.
- Patches and embroidery. Woven, embroidered or sublimated branding in the placements you specify.
- Packaging. Individually polybagged and cartoned to your packing list, with carton labels for your warehouse or 3PL.
Sample and approval workflow
- Brief & artwork. You send product, measurements, fabric, artwork, labels and packaging requirements.
- Digital proof. We confirm placement, colors and construction before cutting anything.
- Pre-production sample. Made in 7-10 working days for you to approve in hand — fit, branding and finish.
- Approval & change control. Bulk begins only after you approve the sample and confirm every detail. Changes are re-sampled, not assumed.
- Bulk & dispatch. Produced in 20-30 working days against the approved reference, then labelled, tagged, packed and shipped.
