Sauna Suit Manufacturer for Fight Brands and Gyms
Custom and private-label sauna suits for combat sports brands, MMA and boxing gyms, wrestling suppliers and fitness distributors. Two-piece jacket and pant sets in PVC or coated nylon, printed with your logo, from 30 pieces per design and colorway with sizes mixed.

Combatwear Factory manufactures sauna suits to order: a two-piece jacket and pant set in PVC or coated nylon with elastic cuffs and waist, your logo printed on the chest, back and leg, and retail packaging if you sell online. Minimum order is 30 pieces per design and colorway with sizes mixed; samples take 7–10 working days and bulk production 20–30 working days after approval.
Who buys sauna suits
Sauna suits sell to wrestlers, boxers and MMA fighters who train in them before weigh-ins, and to fitness customers who like to sweat during cardio. Our buyers are fight brands adding a sauna suit to their range, gyms selling a branded suit at the front desk, wrestling and boxing suppliers, and online sellers on marketplaces who need a private-label product with their own packaging.
Shell materials
- PVC: the classic non-breathable sauna suit. Traps heat well, low cost, good for value lines.
- Coated nylon or polyester: quieter and more flexible than PVC, tears less at the seams, feels more premium. Most brands choose this for their main line.
- Lined suits: a light mesh or fleece lining stops the shell sticking to the skin.
Construction details
- Elastic cuffs, ankles and waist to hold in heat
- Hood or stand collar on the jacket
- Zip-front or pullover jacket
- Reinforced crotch and underarm seams, the most common failure points
- Ankle zips so the pants go on over shoes
- Reflective trim for night running, on request
Branding and packaging
Logos are screen-printed or heat-transferred on the chest, back and thigh. For retail, we pack each suit in a branded poly bag or printed box with size labels and barcodes, which marketplace sellers usually need. See private label and OEM and ODM manufacturing.
