Custom Embroidered BJJ Belts
Custom jiu jitsu belts for academies, associations and brands. Every rank colour, adult and kids sizes, with your academy name, logo or the student’s name embroidered on the belt or rank bar, from 100 belts per order.
Combatwear Factory makes custom BJJ belts with embroidery: academy names, logos and student names stitched onto the belt or the rank bar, in all adult and kids rank colours and sizes. Minimum order is 100 belts, colours and sizes mixed; samples take 7–10 working days.
What you can customize
- Embroidery: academy name, logo, association name or each student’s name, on the belt end or the black rank bar.
- Colours: adult white, blue, purple, brown and black; kids grey, yellow, orange and green with white or black stripes.
- Construction: cotton shell with stitched rows, firm or softer core.
- Rank bar: black bar for most belts, red or white bar where your system uses it.
- Packaging: individual bags and printed labels for promotions.
For academies and associations
Academies order a mixed set for promotion days, with the academy name embroidered on every belt. Associations order belts with the association name for all member schools. Named belts can be packed and labelled per student, so handing them out at a ceremony is quick. Use our BJJ belt size chart to plan sizes.
How an order runs
- Brief: send the colour and size split and your embroidery text or logo.
- Mockup: a free digital mockup and a written quote.
- Sample: Physical sample in 7–10 working days; the sample fee (typically USD 100–200) is credited against the bulk order.
- Bulk: 20–30 working days after sample approval.
- Delivery: DDP by DHL, FedEx or UPS, typically 5–7 days from dispatch.
