We manufacture academy and club uniform programs for BJJ, no-gi and martial arts schools: gis, rash guards, spats, shorts, belts and patches carrying your own branding. The minimum is 30 pieces per design and colorway for gis, spats, rash guards and shorts, and 100 pieces per design for belts and patches, with sizes mixable across your student body. Samples take 7-10 working days and bulk production takes 20-30 working days after sample approval.

Sizing across a student body
The minimum applies per design and colorway, not per size, so one order covers the spread an academy actually has — youth through adult — inside the same 30 pieces. Send your roster split if you have one; if you do not, we will quote against a standard distribution and you can adjust before the size matrix is locked.
Patch placement and branding standards
Patch placement is agreed once, marked on the tech pack and applied identically on every garment in the run and on every reorder afterwards. Competition placement rules are set by the federation and change between rule revisions, so confirm the current rulebook for your event and we will manufacture to it.
Annual reorders
Production time starts after pre-production sample approval and confirmation of all production details. The approved sample becomes your academy’s production reference, so a reorder repeats the same pattern, artwork and measurements rather than starting development again.
Academy program or wholesale order?
An academy program is built around your members: student sizes across adults and kids, belts by rank, patches in your standard positions, and the same spec reordered every year. If you are a retailer buying stock to resell, wholesale BJJ gis is the better fit.
Typical academy bundles combine kids BJJ gis and adult gis, custom BJJ belts, academy gi patches, team rash guards and grappling socks. Martial arts schools can add karate uniforms, judo gis or doboks; wrestling clubs can add singlets and wrestling headgear.

Can one order cover kids and adult sizes together?
Yes. The 30-piece minimum applies per design and colorway rather than per size, so a single academy order can be split across the youth and adult sizes you actually need.
How long does an academy order take?
Samples take 7-10 working days. The sample fee is typically USD 100-200 per sample depending on the product and specification, and is credited against your bulk order. Bulk production takes 20-30 working days from the date you approve the sample.
Can you hold our pattern and artwork for reorders?
Yes. The approved sample becomes the production reference for your academy, so a reorder runs against the same pattern, the same artwork placement and the same measurements rather than being developed again.
Can you supply belts with the same program?
Yes. Belts are manufactured in cotton, plain or with embroidered rank bars and academy branding, from 100 pieces per design.
