MMA Apparel Manufacturer for Fightwear Brands and Gyms
Bring the whole training kit into view. Connect rash guards, fight shorts and compression layers while keeping each garment’s technical requirements clear.

We manufacture MMA training apparel for fightwear brands and gyms: rash guards, spats, fight shorts and matching kit, sublimated from your artwork in polyester/spandex. The minimum is 30 pieces per design for gis, spats, rash guards and shorts, sizes mixable. Samples take 7-10 working days and bulk production takes 20-30 working days after you approve the sample.
Map the collection to the wearer’s routine
Identify whether the range serves an MMA gym, a fightwear brand or an event team. Specify the garments required for the intended training environment and distinguish essential products from optional additions.
Describe the preferred fit and coverage for each item. A rash guard, a loose fight short and a compression layer should not be sized or evaluated as interchangeable garments.
Coordinate the visual system
Build a shared artwork package that identifies primary logos, secondary marks and color references. Define how the design adapts to long sleeves, short panels and leg openings. Give sponsor artwork the same version control as your own brand logo.
Compare the garments together during sample review when possible. Matching file colors alone does not ensure the same appearance across different materials and production methods.
Keep movement and construction in the brief
Write down the movement, seam comfort, coverage and fastening requirements for each product. Use measurable points and specific feedback from reference garments. Avoid relying on broad descriptions such as professional quality without defining the checks.
If tested fabric properties are part of the collection’s marketing, ask what evidence applies to the actual material and finish. Do not infer a performance certification from a sample image.
Plan the launch as separate product approvals
Create an approval record for each style and link it to the collection overview. Confirm the size assortment, labels, packing and quantities. Ask how different sample or material decisions affect the schedule.
A competition or event may set specific uniform conditions. Identify them before development and have the final specification checked against the current rules.

MMA apparel: frequently asked questions
Which products can be included in an MMA collection?
Inquire about rash guards, fight shorts, grappling shorts and spats. Define the scope of each garment so availability and commercial terms can be reviewed.
Can one artwork system cover the whole kit?
A shared visual system can guide the collection, but the files and placements must be adapted to each garment’s panels.
Is the collection ready for every competition?
No blanket event approval is claimed. Check the final products against the current requirements of the relevant organizer.
Do you ship MMA apparel to the United States?
Yes. Orders ship DDP by DHL, FedEx or UPS, typically 5–7 days from dispatch, and export documents, freight and import duty to your US address are arranged by us.
What is the minimum order for custom MMA apparel?
The minimum order is 30 pieces per design and colorway, and sizes can be mixed freely inside that minimum. Belts and patches have a minimum of 100 pieces per design.
How long does an MMA apparel order take?
Samples take 7-10 working days. The sample fee is typically USD 100-200 per sample depending on the product and specification, and is credited against your bulk order. Bulk production takes 20-30 working days from the date you approve the sample.
