Custom Spats Manufacturer for BJJ and No-Gi Training
Define the fit from waistband to ankle, then connect it with the rest of your no-gi range. Give your project a measurement-led starting point.

We manufacture custom spats and grappling leggings in polyester/spandex, fully sublimated edge to edge from your artwork, with custom waistband and hem branding. The minimum is 30 pieces per design and colorway, sizes mixable. Samples take 7-10 working days and bulk production takes 20-30 working days after you approve the sample.
Define the fit at each measurement point
State the rise, waistband, hip, thigh, knee and ankle requirements rather than relying only on a general legging size. Explain whether the garment is intended to be worn on its own where permitted or under grappling shorts.
Use a reference fit and define whether measurements are taken relaxed or stretched. Record the sizing approach and the intended wearer groups, especially when planning separate patterns.
Review stretch, coverage and seam position
Ask how the proposed fabric and construction will be evaluated for the intended use. A sample review can include range of movement, seam comfort, waistband security and opacity under the agreed wearing conditions.
No measured performance claim should be inferred from a product render. If a particular fabric treatment or tested property is required, identify the evidence needed in the specification.
Adapt artwork to long, curved panels
Show where designs should sit on each leg, the waistband and the back. Check how key artwork crosses seams and how it appears when the fabric stretches. The flat pattern and the worn garment can present a design differently.
When matching a rash guard, share the same artwork source and define a color reference. Ask to review the pieces together if visual consistency across the kit is important.
Confirm the intended rules and order scope
Training preferences and tournament rules may differ by event and division. Check the applicable rules for spats, shorts and coverage before committing to a competition brief.
Include quantities by size, sample expectations, labeling and destination. Confirm MOQ, material availability and timing for the final specification, not just the pictured style.
Matching spats to your rash guards
Spats are usually ordered with a matching rash guard. Send both designs together so the colors are checked side by side on the samples. Each design has its own minimum of 30 pieces, for spats and rash guards alike.
Confirm the length (full or three-quarter), the waistband and the size range on the sample before bulk, since leggings are fitted garments.

BJJ spats: frequently asked questions
Can spats match a rash guard design?

Can I use spats in all competitions?
Rules differ by organizer and division. Verify the current event requirements for the way the garment will be worn.
How should compression be specified?
