Thai Pads & Kick Pads Built to Take a Full Round Kick
A Thai pad is judged by the person holding it, not the person kicking it. If the density is wrong the holder feels it in their forearms by round three, and the gym stops buying.

Combatwear Factory manufactures custom Thai pads, kick pads, belly pads and punch shields to a buyer specification. Dimensions, curve/profile, density target, forearm straps, hand grip, covering and branding are confirmed on a physical sample because pad feel cannot be approved from a screen mockup.
What to confirm before sample approval
Define the use case for the Thai pads, overall dimensions/fit, outer material preference, padding or protective behaviour, closure/holding system and the areas that receive the most stress. Use an authorised reference product or measured drawing where possible.
Confirm logo placement, colors, labels, packaging and any pair/set configuration in writing. Review the physical sample for dimensions, comfort/handling, stitching, attachment points, symmetry and branding before bulk.
Density is the whole product
Too soft and the pad bottoms out on a heavy kick; too firm and the holder absorbs everything. That balance is the single thing a gym judges a pad on, and it cannot be settled on paper.
Tell us how the pads will be used — beginners' classes, general gym rounds or a professional camp — and send a reference pad if you have one. Feel is matched against a pad in the hand, not a specification in an email.
Strapping and how it is held
Forearm strap position, hand grip and the second strap all decide how the pad sits and how quickly it is picked up between rounds. Say whether the pads are for coaches holding all day or students swapping every two minutes.
Shared gym stock is handled far harder than a coach's personal pair, so tell us which it is — it changes what we recommend for the stitching and the strap reinforcement.
Covering, size and shape
Give us the dimensions and profile you want, or the reference pad you are matching. Curved and flat pads suit different coaching styles and the choice is yours to make.
Specify the covering you want the range built in, or describe the price point and durability you are targeting and we come back with options rather than a single answer.
Kick pads, belly pads and shields
A gym rarely buys pads alone. Kick pads, belly pads and punch shields usually go out on the same order and in the same colorway.
Tell us the full list and the quantities, and the set is quoted and developed together.

Thai pad: frequently asked questions
How do I specify pad density?
Tell us the training level the pads are for and send a reference pad if you have one. Density is judged in the hand, so it is confirmed on the sample rather than agreed on paper.
Do you make belly pads and punch shields too?
Yes. Gyms usually order them together, so send the full list and the set is developed in one colorway.
Can pads carry our gym or brand logo?
Yes. Send your artwork and the placements, and tell us your colorway.
Are these suitable for all-day coaching use?
Tell us if they are. Pads held all day by a coach are specified differently from shared stock students swap every few minutes.
