Groin guard sample checklist
On the groin guard sample, check four things: the shape matches the sport (boxing abdomen-and-hip coverage, Muay Thai protector or a small karate cup); the belt or brief holds the guard in place through a round; the edges and lining are comfortable against the skin; and the size label matches how you will publish sizing.
Confirm the colorway against your gloves and headgear, your logo position and how each guard is packed before bulk.
Sport decides the shape
A boxing guard covers the lower abdomen and hip; a Muay Thai protector is cut differently again; a karate or taekwondo cup is smaller and sits inside a brief.

Send artwork and colorway — guards are usually ordered in a gym's colors with the rest of the protective kit.
