Elbow & Knee Pads for Muay Thai, MMA and Grappling
Elbow and knee pads live or die on whether they move. A pad that rolls down mid-round gets left in the bag, and the gym does not reorder.

Combatwear Factory manufactures custom elbow and knee protection for combat-sports brands. Buyers define intended sport, coverage, padding target, sleeve or strap fit, sizing, material and branding; the sample is checked for retention and movement before bulk.
Elbow and knee pad sample checklist
On the elbow and knee pad sample, check that the pad does not roll down during a round, that the padding sits over the point of the joint, and that the sleeve or strap is comfortable when the arm or leg is fully bent. Sew-lines at the edge of a sleeve are where pads fail first, so check them closely.
Confirm the size split, logo position and the colorway match with your shin guards before bulk.
Sleeve or strap
A pull-on sleeve stays put and is what most Muay Thai and grappling pads use. A strap system is quicker to fit over kit and suits shared gym stock.
Tell us which your range needs and whether the pads are for individuals or a gym's shared equipment.
Coverage and padding
How much of the joint the pad wraps, and how much padding sits over the point, are the two decisions that change the product. Describe the sparring level your customers train at.
Send a reference pair where you have one — protection is judged by wearing the pad through a round, not by reading a specification.
Elbow, knee, or both
Most orders cover both, and they are usually bought as a set with shin guards. Tell us the full list so the set is quoted and colored together.
Sizing across a class or a retail range matters here; say how you intend to publish it.
Materials and branding
Describe the feel and price point your range targets and we come back with material options rather than a single answer.
Send artwork, placement and colorway — pads are normally ordered in a gym's colors alongside gloves and guards.
